Coworking Day Desks
The Gold Coast Business Hub offers a professional coworking atmosphere with the flexibility of short or long-term rentals and absolutely no lock-in contracts.
Choose our Day Desks, available to hire Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm , $35 for the full day.
We also have a fantastic Loyalty Offer: after every 6th paid visit, your 7th visit is free!
Dedicated Desks
Your dedicated desk is unavailable to any other Hub visitors during your booking period – it is reserved for your exclusive use.
All our usual inclusions apply, plus 2 complimentary lockers and one hour complimentary meeting room usage per month.
Boardrooms
Our Boardroom comfortably seats up to 16 people with its own climate controlled air-conditioning. The room is suited for executive board meetings, group presentations or as a training room. Bookings start from $80 per hour and include our state of the art, fully interactive screen.
Our 10 seater boardroom / training room located on Level 1 and has a speaker phone and white board. All Hub monthly tenants receive 6 hours complimentary meeting room usage in this boardroom or in the smaller meeting rooms. Bookings start from $60 per hour.
Meeting/Mediation Rooms
Our wide variety of meeting, mediation and training rooms are perfect for small groups of up to 6 people, starting at $45 per hour, per meeting room.
All Hub monthly tenants receive 6 hours of complimentary meeting room usage in any one of our meeting rooms (Executive Boardroom excluded).
Training Room
Our boardroom is ideal for training workshops and can comfortably seat up to 16 people. Included in room hire is the use of our fully interactive screen which is a monitor, computer and whiteboard. GCBizHub has a variety of break-out options during your training session, including our private balcony. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea can be ordered on request. Tea selection, coffee, chilled filter water and biscuits are complimentary throughout your booking. Book from $80 per hour.
Executive Suites
Our Executive Suites are suitable for 2-5 people and are designed for professionals seeking a low-cost alternative to fixed leased offices.
Includes: 24/7 access, 6 hours complimentary meeting room usage per month, unlimited wi-fi, dedicated phone line and number, complimentary tea and coffee, printing and copying, kitchen facilities and more!
Executive Suites are available to rent from $1,450 per month.
Private Offices
Our Private Offices are suitable for the individual looking for privacy in a professional business environment. These offices are well equipped with your choice of either a standard desk or stand-up desk. Each office has its own dedicated phone line and phone number.
Includes: Unlimited wi-fi, 6 hours complimentary meeting room usage per month, complimentary tea and coffee, printing and copying, kitchen facilities and more!
Private offices are available to hire from $330 per week or $1,320 per month.
