Please fully complete the form provided for all Maintenance requests. This service is for the exclusive use of our valued tenants of: “Kay House”,  Southport, “Elkhorn Centre East” and “Elkhorn Centre West” Surfers Paradise.

Here at Maylake Properties we only use fully licensed, qualified, experienced, and insured  contractors for all our maintenance and office fit-out works.

Note as per the terms of your lease should you wish to renovate or carry out any works within the tenancy that is not covered by Maylake Properties Pty Ltd approval must first be obtained in writing for both the works and any contractors. 

We are happy to recommend the contractors listed below and for your peace of mind, our trained staff ensure all relevant information such as licenses etc are up-to-date and on file.
